When founders Eric and Sam started Sphere Sport, their first priority was finding the most competent and experienced team members to make up their production and design teams. Their recruiting efforts resulted in an all-star team of experienced employees at every level of the company.

Professional-Grade Quality

Because so many of our clients supply professional sports teams, and sporting leagues and organizations, everything we manufacture is of the highest quality. Quality starts with our investment in top of the line sublimation printers and quality control machinery.

We only buy premium grade fabric material and test each sheet for any shrinkage, loose threads, and general cohesion before printing. Included in our wide assortment of premium athletic materials are eco-friendly options made entirely from recycled bottles.

Additionally, we use laser cutting tools for our sublimation garments to ensure accuracy down to the millimetre. All finished products are subject to rigorous quality control inspections to ensure they meet our standards for excellence.

Our apparel styles are the result of years of experience in the industry and have been further refined by listening to feedback from our clients. Because of this, Sphere Sport is trusted by apparel brands and organizations all over the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

Personalized Customer Service You Can Trust

One of the significant advantages of using Sphere Sports to manufacture your brand’s apparel is the international staff. Sam Clay, the Australian founder of Sphere Sports, lives in Dongguan and is heavily involved with the day to day running of the factory and orders. Sam understands what western companies expect in terms of quality and service and is relentless in taking care of our clients’ needs.

Sphere Sport also implements rigorous quality control checks at every point in the order process to ensure our high standards are maintained. You can learn more about this at our Order Process[link] page. The final step in the process before shipment is sending you studio pictures of your completed apparel on mannequins. These pictures can be forwarded to your clients or used for your own marketing purposes.

New Product Development​

Unlike many manufacturers who limit you to what they already produce, we are capable of working with you to develop new garments and styles. If you don’t see what you want in our catalogue, we’ll work to source the materials and develop the product to your specifications.

Or if the fit of our current styles doesn’t meet your needs, you have the freedom to develop your own size chart and fit for each apparel piece. Additionally, you can swap out materials for most of our apparel so that the texture, weight (GSM), breathability and performance meets your requirements.

We make it easy to colour match and choose the best materials by sending a fabric sample swatch and colour sheet to every one of our clients. You will also have free access to our graphic design team who can work with your designers or create mock-ups based on some general ideas you have for a garment.

Customize Your Packaging​

We’ll work with you to match your current packaging including neck tags and tape, hanging tags, boxes, and garment wrap. We have access to a wide range of packaging options including recycled boxes and other eco-friendly materials to ensure you maximize presentation when your client receives their apparel.

No Minimum Quantities

For all of our sublimation printed items, we do not require any minimum quantity to benefit our clients. On top of this, we maintain a low minimum quantity of 5-15 for most of our other offerings. This allows you to easily place reorders or take smaller orders from clients.

Connect Your Kit Builder Directly to Us

If you use a kit builder on your site, we can work with you to integrate directly to our factory to automate much of the order process. If not, we are currently developing a kit builder that we hope to supply to our clients where designs can be quickly and easily transferred from the builder to our printers.
