You can place an order by filling out our contact form, sending an email to hello@sphere-sports.com, or submitting a quote request on the product page. To speed things up, include any design requirements, quantity, delivery address, logos, or reference images when you contact us.

Our MOQ is 10 pieces for sublimation items and 30 pieces for cut & sew (pre-dyed) products. No minimum for top ups, samples, and similar situations. Standard production turnaround is 3–4 weeks from the time you approve your designs and sizing.

Yes! You can request samples by visiting our Request a Sample page and filling out the form. We’ll confirm details and send you a sample for review before you move forward with a full order.

For recurring resellers and brands, we typically offer Net 30 payment terms. For all other customers, we require a 50% deposit to begin production and the remaining 50% after final approval of your order, including production photos. Terms & conditions apply.
