We review your shot list and item labels, confirm requirements with the studio, then send you the quote and timeline for approval.03
Forward Items to Studio
After approval, we forward your apparel and any props to the studio with clear pose notes and shooting instructions.04
Check RAW Photos Next Day
The next business day, we share RAW previews so you can confirm pose, framing, and styling. If anything needs adjusting, we catch it early.05
Receive Edited Images in 5 Days
We select 8 images per apparel set for editing. Final edits arrive within 5 business days, and all RAW files remain available to you.

What backgrounds can you shoot on?
We can shoot on white studio backgrounds. If you have special request, please tell us your preferred look and we will confirm what the studio can provide.
What file size and format will we receive?
We deliver high resolution files suitable for ecommerce. JPG is standard, and we can provide PNG on request when needed.
Can you match the cropping for Shopify, Amazon, or our website layout?
Yes. Share your platform, preferred aspect ratio, and any cropping examples, and we will export images to fit your layout.
How do payment and invoicing work?
We confirm the scope and quote first, then invoice based on the agreed plan. Payment is typically collected when final edited images are delivered.
How do you ensure colors match the final fabric?
We list Pantone and CMYK codes on every file and work with our dye house to test swatches, preventing surprises on the finished uniform.
