STEP 01

Initial Client Contact and Order Initiation

STEP 02

Artwork Design & Order Form

Provide your artwork requirements or request design assistance.

We create a 2D or 3D mockup based on your specifications.

You will review and approve the artwork and provide feedback for revisions.

Submit your size charts , fabric preferences, delivery deadlines, and customization details (if you're a returning customer, we may have this on file). Choose from our fabric list or request custom fabrics, and use our standard size chart or provide your own measurements.

The brand provides a list of names, numbers, and sizes for the order. You can also add names and numbers to your order as needed.

STEP 03

Job Sheet Creation

We create a detailed job sheet outlining all your specifications and requirements to get your orders into production

This guides the production team for accurate order fulfillment

Print panels will be provided for the approval of colors, logos, and overall appearance.

Print files will be provided for approval of the design, the position and scales of numbers, names, logos, and the general appearance.

If needed, we can send you a physical pre-production sample for approval, allowing you to assess the quality, material, colors, size, and other details.

Production begins after all approvals
