The process begins with the creation of artwork. You can provide your designs, or our in-house graphic design team can assist you in creating custom artwork that aligns with your brand. Once the artwork is finalized, you’ll submit a purchase order and confirm all details related to the order, including the artwork.
After the purchase order and artwork confirmation, our merchandisers create a job sheet detailing every aspect of the order. Layout designers then convert the approved artwork into print panels used by our printing machines to produce the apparel. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the print panels before moving to full-scale production.
Once in production, our quality control team monitors each step, ensuring each piece meets our high standards. We provide production photos for your final approval before packing and shipping the order to you. After delivery, we follow up to address any concerns and gather feedback for future improvements.

To request a price sheet, please contact us at hello@sphere-sports.com with your brand's information, including location and typical monthly order quantities. We'll send you an Excel sheet with pricing for our full catalog.
We have no minimum order quantities for any of our sublimated items. For non-sublimation apparel, the minimum quantity varies by item. For a full breakdown, please refer to our price sheet or catalog.
Most completed orders are sent via FedEx Air Freight. For larger orders, we can arrange for sea freight if the delivery date requirements allow.
Lead times vary depending on the product and order type. Most sublimation items have a 2-3 week production time and are delivered within 30 days of an order being placed.
During our busier season (Dec-Mar) production times can be pushed to 3–4 weeks. Please refer to our price sheet for turnaround times for individual products.
